We are located in Germantown, Tennessee, but we treat patients throughout the Midsouth.
Please be respectful of your appointment time. We want to be able to give you the quality care that you deserve, so the rule of thumb is to arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment. This will also allow you to fill out any needed paperwork before going back. If you know that you will be late, please call our office to let us know. Also, we understand that last minute emergencies come up. If you will be unable to make your appointment for any reason, please call us and let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule.
